Thursday, October 19, 2006 Nailbat Begins #03 I inserted a bit of humor into this strip to lighten the tone because it's about to get uber angsty. Next week's strip is where you Nailbat gets the promised super power no one would ever want. There's more in this strip expanding on the last. This time it's about the rationalization afterward. When one person ignores another in need they tend to rationalize their inaction. "Oh, they'll be fine." "Someone else will help them." "What difference would I really make?" they can tell themselves. Sometimes it's true, sometimes it's not. But that guilt always sits there and eats away at you. By the way you "no snitching" People out there. YES I'm looking DIRECTLY at YOU.
