Thursday, February 22, 2007 Nailbat Begins #20 Sorry for the delay in getting this one up. As you can see I've taken the art up another notch by using varied line width in the ink to a whole new degree by merging the lines with the darkest of the shadows. I'll be sticking with this style. Also I've started doing the naration bubbles differently by using a gradient on them. The flat gray never did look good. Fine for speech but not for these. I think it looks better. Also again you see a touch bit of color. Red is the one you'll see the most of. This time the red was applied by marker. The random loan shark was thrown in as a joke. I based his head on those funky statues on Easter Island. Lastly more Create a bunnies!
Thanks again to everyone who's sent something in. Since I've gotten so many submissions, and most everyone took the time to create a new drawing for it, I intend to later create an area of the art section, specificly for the Create A bunny contest, to showcase the efforts of everyone who's sent in a submission.
