Thursday, March 15, 2007 Nailbat Begins #23 At last I get to introduce the real villain of this series. Michealus Malphas. He could be a sort of Lex Luthor mixed with a healthy dose of Rupert Thorn. I hope though as the story progresses that he can come into his own as a real villain. He has to be someone very powerful to have a supervillain calibur type like Furi working under him. The upper panels as you've noticed are not shaded. This is intentional. I decided a while back that all flashbacks would be in Black and White Monochrome, to differentiate from current events.
