Saturday, February 2, 2008 AntiBunny #99 And so ends AntiBunny Chapter 4: Looking Glass. Next up. Chapter 5: Century. Chapter 5 will be kicked off with comic #100. I know I promised it would be in chapter 4 but when I started working on chapter 5 the 100 theme kept popping up, so I thought it more appropriate for chapter 5 to start there. As such I cut out the original page 99 and made this one the 99 page. Don't worry you didn't miss much. The old one sucked and involved a serious leaping of cartilagenous aquatic apex predators. I think this one is much better both in terms of plot and art, as it revists almost the entire main cast letting you know what's going on with each of them. Piago and Hannibal are still together (by the way notice in this scene how red the sunset is in the city.) Penny is safely home and now has her large canine protector, Petunia has succeeded in dragging Penelope home, but how long can she keep Penelope locked down? Again we revisit Wesson and Pooky, and Pooky at last gets a cig (it's hard to draw Pooky not smoking). I thought it necessary to show that Euclid hasn't just forgotten about Pooky and is searching. Note how much less red the sunset is here. The reunion of the Odleonov family, and at last a setup for chapter 5 in the last 2 panels. There may be a small intermission between chapters while I post up guest art and comics in order to build up a buffer for the next chapter. Return to ARCHIVE | |||||
